My experience with Offer Hub was very good. Starting off we were able to quickly reach a price I was very happy with. Then the paperwork was very easy. I was kept informed daily as to where we were. Then the final day with the mobile Notary was quick and easy, and funding went quickly. So overall, myself being a little old-fashioned and like to sit down and shake hands and do things face to face, this was a learning process and a very easy process, and never had to leave my home. "Sadly my parents passed away two yrs ago. They left no will or financial records. They did leave they're former property that was roughly 300 miles away. Because of the condition and no deed or title selling it was starting to look impossible. The buildings were falling down due to years of neglect. I was told it was going to cost more to clear the land than it was worth. I had pretty well decided since I had no legal responsibility to just let the county reclaim it. Was contacted by Kane Title. At first I thought this can't be for real. They were going to locate the deed and title and handle the sale. They were also going to pay to clear the land, pay all closing costs and give me more than I would have ever thought possible. They did every bit of it. They were truly amazing!
